I lead the meaningful symbolic ceremony. If you want the ceremony itself to be legal, the signing must be completed by a registered BC marriage commissioner or licensed officiant, in front of two witnesses.

A landing you cannot walk to
The flying branch is designed around landing time for the ceremony and portraits, with three seats for the couple and Arman. The pilot controls the final landing decision based on safety and weather.
The place is part of the story
The exact landing location and operating window are confirmed with the helicopter or floatplane operator for your date.
The lean version, on purpose
The package stays focused on the experience.
I am the planner, photographer, and filmmaker. There is no associate filmmaker or production assistant, and no second creative team for you to manage. Hybrid coverage means I deliberately alternate between stills and motion throughout the day.
Both packages include 10 short social reels. Coast & Summit keeps the longer cinematic film optional, so couples who only want photographs and social video do not have to buy it. Pacific Vow includes the 2 to 3 minute film because a flying day benefits from a complete cinematic story.
The activity selector starts with the part of the province you want, then reveals only the relevant choices. The package follows the day instead of forcing every couple through the same itinerary.

I'm Arman. I spent twelve years photographing weddings, from quiet mornings to two hundred person timelines, and learned that the photographs couples keep are usually made when the performance falls away.
For these elopements I plan the day and capture both stills and motion myself. One person knows the whole route, the light, and the story, and the day stays small enough to feel like a marriage instead of a production.
British Columbia works best when you commit to one landscape and go deep rather than trying to see all of it. That is the reason for two clear packages and a step by step adventure builder that starts by asking which coast you want.

Questions couples actually ask
Is GST included in the listed price?
Yes. Coast & Summit is $3,999 CAD and Pacific Vow is $5,999 CAD, with 5% GST already included. No additional GST line is added to those package totals.
Whistler or Tofino? How do we choose?
They are about five hours apart and they do completely different things. Whistler is alpine: gondolas, ridgelines, turquoise lakes, snow from December, and the glacier landing. Tofino is the open Pacific: kilometres of sand, sea caves, old growth rainforest, whales, and storm season from November to February. You pick one and we build the whole day inside it. Trying to do both in one elopement means most of your day is spent in a car.
What is the difference between the two packages?
Coast & Summit gives you 5 to 6 hours, one alpine, coastal, water, or winter activity, 200 to 250 photographs, and 10 social reels. A 2 to 3 minute cinematic film is available as an add-on. Pacific Vow gives you 6 to 8 hours, a glacier landing above Whistler or a floatplane landing at Hot Springs Cove, 300 to 400 photographs, 10 social reels, and the 2 to 3 minute cinematic film included.
Can Arman legally officiate the wedding?
I lead a personal symbolic ceremony, which is included. I cannot sell legal officiant services as part of a commercial package. If you want the ceremony itself to be legal, you book a registered BC marriage commissioner or licensed officiant separately, or complete the legal signing at another time.
What do we need to marry legally in British Columbia?
A BC marriage licence, about $100 from any Service BC office or BC Registry Agent, valid for three months. There is no waiting period and no residency or citizenship requirement, but the marriage must take place in BC. You also need a registered marriage commissioner or licensed officiant and two witnesses. The registration paperwork is filed by your officiant after the ceremony.
Do we need a permit to have the ceremony on a Tofino beach?
It depends which beach. The beaches inside the District of Tofino, Chesterman, Cox Bay, and MacKenzie, run on lighter rules and make a ceremony straightforward. Long Beach and everything else inside Pacific Rim National Park Reserve are federal land, where Parks Canada requires a ceremony permit and a photography permit. I provide the planning and permit guidance, and you remain the organizer and buy your own park passes.
Why does the tide matter so much?
On this coast it decides the hour. Low tide doubles the width of every beach, opens the sandbar to Frank Island off Chesterman, and is the only time the sea caves are safe to walk into. I set the ceremony time from the tide chart before anything else in the day is booked, which is why a Tofino date is sometimes a sunrise and sometimes a sunset.
Why does Pacific Vow need 6–8 hours of coverage?
Because a flying day is longer than the flight. The operator requires an early arrival for check in and safety preparation, then there is the flight itself, the landing time for the ceremony and portraits, and the return. On the Tofino branch the floatplane to Hot Springs Cove also includes the boardwalk through the old growth at the far end. A 6 to 8 hour photography and filmmaking window is the honest minimum for either one.
How does one person shoot both photos and video?
I work in deliberate blocks, switching between stills and motion as the day unfolds. Both packages receive the promised gallery and 10 social reels. Pacific Vow also receives the 2 to 3 minute cinematic film, while Coast & Summit can add it.
What happens if weather closes our activity?
We build a realistic seasonal backup before the day, which on this coast is genuinely useful rather than a formality. The operator controls safety cancellations and the pilot makes the final call on a flying day, usually that morning. Any refund or rebooking follows that operator's policy. There is no separate weather reserve fee inside your package.
Is a rainy day a ruined day here?
No, and on the west coast it is often the better one. Fog is the local light, it turns the sea stacks into shapes and makes the coast look endless, and storm watching from November to February is the thing Tofino built a season around. In the Coast Mountains the inversion layer that makes a valley grey is the same one that puts you above a sea of cloud on the ridge. I plan for the weather rather than against it.
What is not included?
Flights, hotel, ferries, your vehicle or transfers, park entry and parking, legal licence and commissioner costs, elaborate florals, beauty services beyond one person, extra guests, additional activities, and optional operator upgrades. You approve any change before it is booked.
