The day: gardens, coast, and mild light
A Victoria day moves between the refined and the wild: gardens or the Inner Harbour, then the Dallas Road coast for the ocean and the Olympic Mountains. The mild climate keeps it green year-round, so the gardens rarely limit the date.
The sequence I run
Confirm the day first, then the officiant, then lodging, then the ferry or flight, then details. Reverse it and the Butchart availability and travel start dictating everything else.
