Argentina's legal marriage requires residency and a health exam, so most couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony in the vineyards. For that, what you need is permission to hold the ceremony at the specific bodega or vineyard, which the winery grants as part of a private event.

Who arranges it
For couples I work with, I secure the bodega permission, coordinate the officiant for the symbolic ceremony, and arrange the tasting and dinner, folding it into the tier. You marry legally at home; I run the vineyard side.
