A Colombian Pacific elopement involves more coordination than most destination shoots. I handle the logistics alongside the photography, which means you are not managing two separate vendors while also running an elopement in one of the most remote locations in South America. Here is what my package covers and what you should plan for on your own.
Photography Coverage
A full Colombian Pacific package runs two to three days of photography, not a single session. The reason is simple: you have flown this far and the location deserves more than a few hours. Day one covers arrival, the first walk to the beach, and the evening light. Day two covers the ceremony session, which I time around the morning light and the tidal conditions. Day three, if the couple stays, covers a secondary location, often Termales or a boat trip along the coast. I deliver fully edited galleries rather than selection packages.
What Is Not Included
Flights from Medellin to Bahia Solano or Nuqui, lodge accommodation, and local guide fees are not included in my photography package. I coordinate and book all of these components through local contacts I have worked with on previous trips, which saves couples the research time, but the costs are separate. A full Bahia Solano elopement stay of three nights at El Almejal with the Satena flights runs roughly USD 1,200 to 1,800 per person depending on season and availability. I give every couple a full cost breakdown before they book.
