A Prince Edward County elopement session can be done in half a day or can fill a full twelve hours depending on how much of the county a couple wants to cover. I offer both configurations and I have a clear sense of which one is right for which couple based on what they tell me they want to come away with.
The Half-Day Vineyard Session
The half-day vineyard session runs four to five hours and stays primarily on one winery estate. It covers the vine rows, the barrel cellar if available, the property viewpoints, and the immediate pastoral farmland around the winery. This is the right option for couples who are in PEC for a day or two and want an elopement session that fits around a larger wine country visit. The result is a comprehensive set of vine-and-countryside images with the Ontario pastoral character of PEC, and it gives the couple the rest of the day for tasting rooms and dinner.
The Full County Day
The full county day starts at a vineyard in the morning for the ceremony, transitions to a farm or orchard location in the early afternoon depending on season, and ends at Sandbanks in the late afternoon for the dune and beach light. This version gives the complete range of PEC environments in a single elopement story: the wine country character, the agricultural pastoral, and the beach and dune landscape. It requires a full day of coordination and I build the transition logistics into the schedule. The result is a gallery that shows the full character of the county rather than a single setting.
